Aleatica carried out the first edition of “Split 60K Aleatica” a cycling race over the concessions that the company administers: Autopista Urbana Norte and Viaducto Bicentenario and organized by Cycling for All Mexico, AC. This is the first cycling race of these characteristics. More than 1,200 participants attended to the event, who toured both roads located in Mexico City and the State of Mexico.
- It is the first edition of a cycling race of this type in Mexico City and the State of Mexico with the participation of 1,200 cyclists.
- Para-cyclists who attended to this event, had four categories for the competition.
- Over 50 disused bicycle parts were collected and donated to the Ecotenka association, which designs and manufactures accessible bicycle vehicles for people with different abilities and older adults.
At the event also attended 25 para-cyclists ─ among them the paralympic athlete María Luisa Morales─ who competed in the 4 classifications that were created to highlight and support their participation, in line with the values of inclusion and social responsibility of the company. With this same objective, Aleatica also organized the collection of more than 50 disused bicycle parts contributed by the participants of the race to deliver them to the Ecotenka organization, which is dedicated to designing and manufacturing accessible bicycle vehicles for people with different abilities and older adults.
Additionally, the event included a mechanical service team from the Social Reintegration Program of Mexico City
