INNOVA Awards:

These awards aim to recognize, promote, and highlight innovation at Aleatica among our internal teams, showcasing initiatives that strengthen the company’s pillars. They also promote new ways of working, foster creativity, and recognize the talent of our colleagues.

Among the evaluation criteria considered are: impact on Aleatica’s pillars, profitability, degree of innovation, and replicability. The awards encompass five main categories, ranging from creation to execution.

Recognizes technical and technological innovations, as well as innovations in processes and services, that have been implemented or are currently under development.
This award recognizes colleagues’ ability to develop innovative ideas that drive the development of new projects, processes, and technologies at Aleatica.
These awards recognize the ability to develop impactful innovations related to the corporate pillar of Safety.
Recognizes projects that result in reduced emissions or increased energy efficiency.
Highlights the most innovative strategic projects implemented by the company’s business units.

The public Country by Country report prepared by Global Infraco Spain, S.L., Ultimate Parent Company of the Group (as defined in relevant Country by Country reporting legislation) and the responsible entity for this obligation, has been published on the website of the Aleatica Group, since the Ultimate Parent Company does not have its own website. The public Country by Country report is prepared with the data of all the subsidiaries of Global Infraco Spain, S.L., and therefore includes the information of Aleatica entities, and also the information of other Group entities included in the perimeter of the Group.
