Corporate integrity
Integrity, transparency and corporate governance are our basic principles
We apply the highest standards of transparency and corporate governance and adopt international best practices to guarantee corporate integrity.
Aleatica is firmly committed to corporate integrity and transparency in its operations and relationships with stakeholders. To achieve this, we have a corporate governance structure designed to protect the ethical functioning of the company. Our Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as the related Standards and Policies, guide our principles and values.

Our Code of Ethics and Conduct is applicable to all of Aleatica’s business units. The Code establishes the values we operate under and describes the principles and guidelines we have adopted to guarantee the application of our values in all of our actions.

Our policy is zero tolerance of any type of corruption, as established in our Anti-corruption and Conflict of Interests Policies.
All of our workers and the stakeholders we have interactions with, including suppliers and contractors, must comply with our Code of Ethics, our Anti-Corruption Policy and our Code of Conduct for Suppliers.

At Aleatica, we also have an independent Ethics Channel: I CARE, where workers and third parties can anonymously and confidentially report violations or potential violations of the Code of Ethics or our internal policies and standards. These reports can be made through the web portal or by calling a toll-free number. See the numbers available in the different countries HERE.
Our reporting system guarantees the principle of zero repercussions for informants, as well as their confidentiality and anonymity.
